We're looking for a designer who can turn complex ideas into intuitive experiences. You'll work closely with our product and development teams to create user-centered designs that solve real problems. Experience with Figma, user research, and prototyping is essential. You'll be responsible for the entire design process from concept to delivery, ensuring our products are both beautiful and functional.
What You’ll Do
- Turn business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear user flows, wireframes, and page/screen layouts.
- Create polished visuals (components, layouts, typography, colour, spacing) that follow or improve the design system.
- Plan and run interviews, surveys, and usability tests; summarise findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Define and document reusable components, patterns, and guidelines in tools like Figma, and keep them consistent across products.
- Build clickable prototypes to explore and validate interaction patterns, animations, and end-to-end user journeys.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to refine requirements, handle edge cases, and ensure feasibility.
- Provide design specifications, assets, and redlines; review builds, log UX/UI issues, and ensure the shipped experience matches the design.
- Use analytics, feedback, and usability findings to identify problems, prioritise improvements, and continuously refine the product.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of UI/UX design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design
Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems
Experience with user research and usability testing
Ability to translate requirements into clear user flows and interfaces
Comfortable collaborating with product managers and developers
